Gulliver 1/200 F/A-18C VFA-195 'Chippy Ho' Dambusters NF400 1995

Manufacturer: Gulliver World Aircraft Collection
Product code WA22102
Scale: 1/200
Availability:  World Wide
Price: HKD378

This is the Gulliver F/A-18C in the marking of VFA-195 Dambusters. This aircraft is Chippy Ho painted in 1995.
I really like this scheme as its very complex, especially by USN standards. The printing up close on this model seems a little grainy, but it still nice. Its better than Hasegawa's decal set used for their Chippy Ho History set in 11/72.

Gulliver 1/200 E-2C Hawkeye VAW-115 'Liberty Bell'

Manufacturer: Gulliver World Aircraft Collection
Product code WA22095
Scale: 1/200
Availability:  World Wide
Price: HKD598

This is the first E-2C Hawkeye released in 1/200 scale. It has very nice details and certainly accompanies the
various releases of modern US Navy planes released by various manufacturers. Its very satisfying to see companies like Gulliver releasing lesser known aircraft in this scale.

Gemini Aces P-51C Mustang 'Ina The Macon Belle' 332nd FG, Lee Archer

Manufacturer: Gemini Aces
Scale: 1/72
Availability: US Flying Mule Exclusive
Release date: August 2012
Price: $USD35

This P-51C release is exclusive to The Flying Mule(US distributor & retailer). Priced at $35, it is a great bargain compared to other brands that have increased price for their models. The paint and finish of this model is great, however it does suffer from poor fitting of landing gears at times, loose flaps for some and a terrible display stand. But still, for the price, its still a great item and still the best P-51B/C's in 1/72 scale.

This aircraft represents pilot Lee Archer of 332nd Fighter Group. A lot more and inspiring information can be found elsewhere about this famous group of 'coloured' USAAF airmen. This is one of the best P-51B/C's that Gemini Aces has released.

Here is a figurine of the pilot produced by Corgi as part of their 'Forward March' series
