This is regarded as one of Century Wing's finest releases despite not being as popular as aircraft like the F-14 Tomcat. The F-8 Crusader was also known as 'the Last Gunfighter'. It was the last fighter that used its guns as its primary weapon in a time when US fighter design moved towards the use of missiles and fighting beyond visual range(BVR). I'm not a fan of the F-8, but it certainly is a very nice model to have. This model is the flaps down version.
